Ormus, often referred to as ORME (Orbitally Rearranged Monatomic Element or M-state element), is made from water and other substances and is also known as monoatomic gold, white gold, white powder gold, M-state, AuM, micro clusters, and manna.

In some quarters, Ormus is called the Philosopher’s Stone. Due to their peculiar features, ORMEs have been a favorite among alternative medicine supporters and alchemists around the world.  There are many myths associated with Ormus, with many believing it to be a magical element.
ORMEs have the same number of protons and electrons as their mineral counterparts that are found on the Periodic Table of elements. These are chemically identified as a separate class of substances, as is the case with halogens. They, however, have separate placements on the two-dimensional Periodic Table. Such elements are similar to silicon-type, ceramic powdery substances that appear to be isolated forming micro-cluster bits of atomic materials.

ORMEs appear to be closer to ether (a classical element) or vacuum or pure energy. The most interesting feature of Ormus is that it is able to switch from being one metal to another at different temperatures.

This observation was first made by Albert Einstein and Satyendra Nath Bose in the 1920s, due to which is it now known as the Bose-Einstein Condensate (BEC). This was later confirmed in 1995 by Eric Cornell and Carl Wieman in a laboratory. The greatest contribution, however, came from David Hudson, a farmer in Arizona who noticed some peculiar features in these strange materials. He spent millions of dollars studying these elements and later patented his process of obtaining and identifying ORMEs.

Ormus is believed to be a precious metal element in a different atomic state. Gold, silver, platinum, iridium, osmium, palladium, mercury, rhodium, ruthenium, copper, nickel, and cobalt were identified by Davidson as Ormus elements. He also stated that all these metals were available in abundance in their Ormus form as compared to their actual states.

David Hudson added that Ormus could be found in the air, soil, plants, stones, and the sea. Ormus elements are embedded into the DNA structure of plants and animals and are thought to be an integral part of our skin, nails, hair, blood, brain, and all the organs of our body.

Since Ormus elements have the same number of protons and electrons as their mineral counterparts, it is very difficult to distinguish between the two categories. The only difference lies in how these elements spin. Ormus elements are known to respond to the magnetic forces of attraction and repulsion. They are superconductors at room temperature and exhibit other quantum physical behaviors on a visible scale.

ORMEs are also known to exhibit the quantum physical behaviors of super fluidity, anomalous responses to gravity, Josephson tunneling, and magnetic levitation.

Health Benefits of Ormus
Ormus elements are believed to be the life-giving elements found in all living being. They have been one of the best curative sources in alternate medicine as they are believed to rectify many ailments with almost magical powers. Many alternative medicine practitioners state that since our body is made up of these very elements, ORMEs make for natural, holistic healing devices. Since they aren’t made of any synthetic elements, they hardly have any side effects as compared to conventional drugs.

A lot of plants or foods like almonds, aloe vera, apricot kernels, garlic, royal jelly, sheep sorrel, and white pine bark are said to be rich in ORMEs. The holistic benefits of Ormus are many, with a few of them being:
  • ORMEs are believed to restore original DNA structure, possibly even assisting in its evolution. This property speeds up the healing process in case of any injury. It also prevents foreign matter from spreading and causing further complications in the body.
  • Ormus is a super nutrient which also reduces the need for consuming large qualities of food.
  • Aging is a natural process which cannot be reversed, but Ormus can help in decelerating the aging cycle and curbing its onset. For example, greying hair, wrinkled skin, and other common signs of aging can be slowed down.  Ormus also helps in keeping the brain active and boosts memory even in old age.
  • ORMEs change our energy field into a super conductor, which helps in generating energy from within. You will notice a tremendous change in your body if you use this alternative form of medicine. Ormus also betters your state of mind and boosts activity levels.
  • Ormus acts as a powerful cleansing agent and can rid your body of all the harmful toxins that are present within. This helps in preventing many dangerous ailments from surfacing in your system.

You gotta HAVE some!~

As promised, here is the recipe for the cookies!

Have some cookies!~

This is a quick and easy recipe for a raw vegan "cookie" from just three ingredients. Just whip together in the food processor and enjoy! You won't believe how yummy (and easy!) these raw vegan cookies are! Be sure to use raw and living ingredients for these cookies to be truly raw. You can use just about any kind of nuts, as long as they're raw. Raisins would also work well instead of dried figs.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup raw walnuts, cashews or pecans
  • 1/4 cup raw, wild-crafted carob powder or cacao powder
  • 1 cup soaked dried figs (I prefer calimyra!)
Preparation:
Process all ingredients in a food processor until fine and sticky. Shape into balls and enjoy!
If you can't get the mixture to hold together, add a few more figs and a tablespoon of water.
YOU HAVE A CHOICE!!
You can either eat it straight up, stick 'em in the freezer for a perfect frozen treat, or dehydrate them to make 'em chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside (or crispy all the way)!! If you do dehydrate, be sure not to dehydrate higher than 115 degrees!!

If this is not sweet enough for you, simply add a dab of local, raw honey!~

*Licking lips* Pucker up!~

I have to admit...

Yep, I have something to admit...

I'm a naughty girl for not keeping up with my blog and I have been hiatus for long enough! What can I say? My life is pretty much a whirlwind and is filled with many different adventures.

Here is what I can fill you up on:
  • Today is Day #65 of my 92-Days Juice Feast! Yep, I have beaten two months period and only less than 30 days to beat! I have and still am experiencing great transformations! CHEERS to Green Juices and LIFE!~ I'm loving every minute of it and I'm tempted to continue fore more than 92-Days, but then again, at some times I miss eating and chewing, tasting different flavors of greens, herbs, spices, etc. I miss letting the solids roll in the dwellings called mouth.
  • Almost everywhere I turn, I'm hopping on a plane to fly all over... San Francisco, NY, Austin, SF again and again. If I'm not on the plane, I'm on the road! Portland, WA, CA, and more! Heck, I'm flying out again in couple of weeks! Yea!!
  • Being an Auntie and nanny to my ever-so-growing niece who is an adorable little monkey!
  • Creating and making meals for my sis, whom I'm living with (along with her hubby and their son from hubby's previous marriage. He comes to play with us during the weekends).
  • Creating and logging Raw-Vegan Recipes and I am TRYING to push myself to write a book! Thus far, I have done about 7 pages. It is a progress and at least I'm taking steps toward my goal(s).
  • Partnering up with Raw Dazzle, creating business cards, selling t-shirts, setting goals and more!
  • Supporting our fam-damily in NY while Dad is pitting oneself against cancer. He will undergo a procedure (and thankfully, it is not chemo/radiation!) this upcoming June. He is a GLADIATOR! This little, mean monster is sure to be beaten!
  • I could go on and on and on. If I do, this will become a crazy book!
You know what? I need to share with you a personal quote of mine, "I embraces the chance I was given... Life is a chance to live your life; Love is infinity and powerful; Grace is your choice of acceptance and believing in faith. Our heart is strong and everything is buried in our hearts".~
Life is GRAND, so LIVE it!

Hmm... Perhaps I shall share a Raw-Vegan Recipe or two with your. Oh, why the heck not!? Are you ready?! Here we go!

Avo Soup
2 avocados
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 T coconut oil
2-4 T lemon juice (depending on the tartness of lemon juice)
1/4 t. hing
1/8 t. cayenne (more if you want more kick in it!)
2 stalk of celery, diced
Pinch of salt
2 c. vegetable soup (kale, parsley, celery, cucumbers)
Pour fresh green juice in the blender. Add rest of the ingredients and give it a whirl! Taste and adjust the flavors to your liking! *licking lips*

Bloomin' Sun Soup
For those who don't consume carrots (like myself), this is a way to go!
1 c. soaked sun-dried tomatoes
1 c. hemp seeds
1/2 or whole serrano pepper, depending on how much of a bite you can take!
1/2 inch of fresh ginger
2-3 T lemon juice
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 T olive oil
1 1/2 - 2 c. water (add more water if you prefer less thick soup)
Place all ingredients in the Vitamix or Blendtec and blend well. Place in a serving bowl and add finely chopped tomatoes. Garnish with paprika for color. Now presenting a Bloomin' Sun Soup!

*licking lips*
Do you wish for me to post more recipes? I shall! But you're gonna hafta wait! *cackling! Next posting shall be... COOKIES!

Recently, I made Av-Truffles and the recipe is still in the tweaking mode. Even though it is still being fine-tuned, my sis RAVED about them! *shaking head* Nuh-Huh! I'm not going to tell you just yet! This will be in my book since it received high ranking! *rubbing hands* Oooohhh, the suspense! *cackling*

Time to call it a night. Good night, sweet world and its readers!~

A new day...~

I love new beginnings! An old year has ended, a new year has begun. An old day has ended, a new day has begun. What a great time to reflect on your life experiences, lessons and journey that you have embarked upon. A time to embrace where you have gone and where you have come to, becoming the person that you are today! Reflect on TODAY, not NEXT YEAR!~
